Prof. B. Gurumoorthy (Co-founder, Chairman) has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Product Design at the Indian Institute of Science. He has 20 years of experience of teaching and conducting research in the areas of geometric modelling and CAD. He is the Chairman of the Centre for Product Design and Manufacturing at the Indian Institute of Science. He is the author of numerous articles on geometric modelling, finite element mesh generation and CAD.
Dr. Krishnan Ramaswami (Co-founder, MD & CTO) has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. He has over 18 years of experience in software development, geometric modelling and CAD. He is the author of several articles in the area of geometric modelling, finite element mesh generation and computer graphics. He has led several industrial projects to successful completion during his tenure at Stanford University.
Prof. Fritz Prinz (Co-founder) is the Chairman of Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University. He is the Director of Rapid Prototyping Laboratory and the Co-Director of Alliance of Innovative Manufacturing at Stanford. He is a board member of National Research Council Committee. He is the author of numerous articles on design, geometric modelling, rapid prototyping and manufacturing and is the holder of related patents and disclosures.
K. K. Venkatraman (Co-founder, President) has over fourteen years of experience in the IT industry & prior to joining 3DSoc Venkatraman was with Wipro Technologies for twelve years in various leadership positions. He has worked closely with Fortune 500 customers driving business growth across technology domains such as Computer Graphics, Automotive Electronics, Wireless Access and Operating Systems. He holds an M.E in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
