VIS Viewer
VISViewer is a viewer that enables interactive viewing of VIS models. In addition to visualisation, it allows interaction with large 3D models. It can be run from any standard web browser or can be run in the stand-alone mode.
The entire assembly tree of the model is shown and it is possible to suppress components or sub-assemblies from being displayed. It allows full graphical interaction (rotate, pan, zoom) as well as domain based interaction (including sectioning, measuring).

VIS Trans
VISTrans is a translation tool that can convert neutral formats such as STL and VRML into VIS models. VISTrans also supports translations from Lightwave, Wavefront OBJ and 3DStudio.
The VIS files are 10 to 100 times smaller than the original files without any loss of visual or geometric accuracy in the model. VISTrans can be run in batch mode also and the files are translated to VIS format in a few seconds.
It can also export VIS models to STL and VRML formats.
